Kingston Real Estate Market Stats – July 2023
  • July saw 127 residential transactions, down from 156 in June.
  • Year-to-date, we’re at 1,042 transactions, a 17% drop compared to last year.
  • Properties spent an average of 24 days on the market in July, the same as in June.
  • Year-to-date, the average time on the market is 27 days, up 132% from last year.
  • The average sale price for July was $621,000, down from $648,000 in June.
  • The year-to-date average sale price is $633,000, an 8% decrease from last year.
  • Kingston’s real estate market had a three-month supply of inventory in July, the same as in June.
  • Year-to-date, we’re just below three months of inventory on average, a significant increase from last year’s one month.
