Last month we saw 260 Transactions which was 54 fewer than April. 2021 Year to date, we are sitting at 1136 transactions which is 71% more than last year!
The average days on market was 10 for May which is one day quicker than April. Year to date we are just over 15 days while at this point last year we were at 26
The average sale price for the month of May was $591,000 which is down about $3,000 from what we saw in April . Year to date we at $582,000, up 30% over the period of time last year.
