Santa Claus Parade – Saturday, November 19th at 5 p.m.
Get into the holiday spirit by attending the Santa Claus Parade! The parade will feature floats, marching bands, and of course, Santa Claus. It will begin its journey at the Princess Street and Bath Road intersection and make its way down towards Ontario Street. In addition to the parade, there will be festivities in the square starting at 6 p.m. and a Tree Lighting Ceremony at 7 p.m.! MacKinnon Brothers Holiday Market – November 26th + 27th, and December 3rd and 4th
The MacKinnon Brothers Holiday Market is back with an exciting line-up of over 100 local artisan and food vendors! There will be plenty of family-friendly activities, including photos with Santa, Horse and Wagon rides, outdoor games and more. This is an event you won’t want to miss! Fall Famers Markets
As the weather gets cooler and the days grow shorter, many people start to turn their thoughts toward the holidays. However, there is still plenty of time to enjoy the season’s bounty at our local farmers’ markets. Fall is a great time to stock up on fresh produce, as many crops are at their peak during this time of year. Apples, pears, pumpkins, and squash are just a few delicious fruits and vegetables found at farmers’ markets in the fall.
