We whole-heartedly recommend Jordan if you are looking for a real-estate agent. We felt that he took the time to get to know us as a family so he could help us find the perfect house; even when we did not know what type of house we wanted. We started looking at one type of house, and ended up wanting something completely different – I suppose that’s what happens when it’s your first house. Jordan was very patient with us even when we changed our budget and wish lists. He showed us many listings, adding in valuable information about the house, features, and neighborhood. We found his insights very useful in making our decisions. There was never any pressure to move too quickly; if anything, he would stop us from time to time to ask whether we were sure (in case we let our emotions get the best of us). He was very helpful in navigating the closing process. We would otherwise not have known to have the septic tank pumped, or the well inspected and tested. He is personable, and the only problem with having closed on the house is that our 4-year-old keeps asking when he will see Jordan again. Even now, after we had settled into the house, he still is helping us with questions about our new home.
We have referred our parents (who are looking for a house in this area) to him, as we are sure he will take great care of them.
