At the Quaresma Realty Group, we strive to provide the best real estate services and experiences for our clients. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, your safety is our top priority. For this reason, a policy to carry out in-person showings has been put in place that complies with The Public Health Department, Government Officials, and the Ontario recommended and mandatory protocols. We have been deemed as an essential service, but that certainly does not mean business as usual. Here are the mandatory protocols that we have instituted to keep you safe.
Before Showings:
- The Photos/virtual tour of the property will be provided to prospective buyers, and they must be viewed before scheduling a physical appointment
- All Prospective Buyers/Realtors must fill out a Declaration of Health provided by RE/MAX RISE Executives, Brokerage before visiting the property
- We encourage your Realtor to meet you outside of the property while maintaining proper social distancing and mask/protective wear guidelines
- No more than three individuals inside the property at a given time, your Realtor must be present at all times
During Showings:
- Face-masks/coverings must be worn at all times
- Sanitize hands immediately before entering the home
- All parties must minimize touching of any handles, light switches, and/or surfaces
- Using the washroom is not permitted
- Social distancing is encouraged as much as possible at all times
After Showings:
- If you become ill with Covid-19 or show any symptoms up to 14 days after your visit, please notify your Realtor immediately
What you can expect from your Realtor:
- Wear face-mask/coverings at all times
- Have detailed records of all showings/appointments
- Have hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and guidelines
