- Year-to-date transactions: 1,370 (down 16% from last year)
- Homes stayed on the market for 31 days on average in October (up from September)
- Year-to-date average days on the market: 28 (up 77% from last year)
- October’s average sale price: $599,000 (up from September)
- Year-to-date average sale price: $627,000 (down 6% from last year)
- Five months of inventory in October (same as September)
- Year-to-date average: 3 months of inventory (nearly double from last year)
- October marked the first month with an increase in transactions compared to the previous year (107 in 2022, 1 in 2021)
